This Arist AI tool, provided by Arist, helps your organization understand workforce feedback, training needs and operational themes. Your responses may be recorded, transcribed, analyzed and shared back to your organization in reports. Unless the introduction to the interview states that your responses will be anonymous, your responses are not anonymous. Do not provide sensitive information that you are uncomfortable having shared back to your organization.
