Novartis, through its enablement platform provided by Arist Holdings, Inc. ("Arist"), may send you recurring messaging communications (e.g., SMS, RCS, MMS) related to Novartis' programs (collectively, "Programs"). You must opt in to each specific Program in which you wish to receive messaging communications. Your opt-in consent applies only to the specific Program for which you enrolled and does not extend to other Programs. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive recurring automated messaging communications, including alerts, information, and updates, at the mobile number you provided.
The following additional terms and conditions apply:
Message frequency varies based on the specific Program.
Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from the RCS sender or SMS number that contacted you. If you are enrolled in other programs or messaging channels, you may need to opt out separately from those as well.
How to Get Help: Text HELP for more information, or contact program support at support@arist.co.
Liability: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is used only to provide the Programs and related support, and may be shared with service providers only as necessary to operate the Programs.
These Messaging Program Terms apply only to the messaging communications described above. Arist’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern your broader use of Arist’s platform and services.
