Sales readiness

Readiness before launch, not adoption after

Arist interviews your whole commercial organization and returns the specific gap, in the specific region, held by the specific role.

Readiness is never one problem

When a field team underperforms on something new, the plausible story is that nobody learned the material. Ask them properly and it usually resolves into four or five separate constraints with different owners: reps freezing on access and pricing questions, which is an enablement gap; deferring technical detail to specialists, which is a training gap; unable to differentiate cleanly, which belongs to marketing; unsure which accounts to prioritize, which is process and data. A single readiness score cannot tell you that, and one intervention aimed at all four will fix one.

How it works

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Ask the field the question a dashboard cannot answer. Arist interviews reps, managers, regional leads and specialists by voice, and adapts each interview to what that person is positioned to know.

  2. 02

    Recommend

Readiness comes back by role and by region, with the causes separated by type — a message gap, a process gap and a knowledge gap need three different owners and three different fixes.

  3. 03

    Fix

The fix reaches each cohort where they already work, and the same question runs again so you can see whether the gap actually closed.

What you get

  • Your systems, in the answer

Salesforce, Gong and Teams are pulled into the interview, so a readiness gap arrives with the context that explains it rather than as a signal on its own.

  • Evidence for the QBR

Every gap carries what it is costing and the share of interviews that surfaced it, so the conversation runs on numbers instead of anecdote.

  • Prioritise before launch day

The impact map shows scale and confidence together, so you can put your energy where the revenue is rather than where the noise is.
